EXCELLENT Service! My name is Kathy and I am writing this review for my dad as he 94 years young. My dad still lives on his own and does well. As I left his home last evening, he was closing his double garage door and a spring broke. I was already home but he called to tell me what happened. Last night he had already left 2 messages with another Company, still no call back this morning either and those messages were left on an emergency number the company left. This morning, Saturday early I called my dad to see if he received a call back and he said no. I called a different Company and they couldn’t get there until Sunday late afternoon. I drove to his home this morning and as we were chatting about this, I got on my phone and googled garage door repairs and happened to see Golden Isles Garage Door. I called and Guido answered immediately and he was at my dad’s house within 45 minutes. Guido also found something else that was damaged and dad was more than happy to let him change that out too. My dad is so very impressed, as I am Guido was very professional, quick to do the job and out the door. We both could not thank him enough!

It was so refreshing to have someone actually show up when they said they would and do a fantastic job!! Seems to be very rare these days! I initially called to have a garage door opener I had purchased 2 years previously installed and to look at a couple of other things while here. He was able to take care of everything I needed that day at a reasonable price. He is very organized and efficient. He had everything on the truck I needed to put extra bracing on two other garage doors to make them work properly, two remotes he programmed for those doors (never had them when I bought the house) and a couple of other things. It makes me wish I could call him for home repairs too!
